Can you help us open a new venue?

Yes — opening new venues is at the core of our hospitality experience. We plan the opening timeline, choose and set up the technology, coordinate suppliers, build operations and the menu on the POS, train the team and are on the floor for opening week. Every opening is quoted per project after a free discovery call.

How do I get a quote for a new network?

Fill in the Infrastructure enquiry form with your venue details. We'll review them and get back to you within one business day to arrange a site survey and a written quote.

Is the site survey included?

Yes. An on-site survey is included with network installation enquiries, so we can design coverage around your actual building rather than guess.

Can you work with my existing network?

Accepted Answer

Often, yes. Tell us what you have today in the enquiry form and we'll assess whether to upgrade, extend or replace it.

What are the network bundles, and who can buy them?

The Light, Advanced and Expert bundles combine UniFi hardware with professional installation and free remote monitoring. They are available to Lightspeed implementation customers. Structured cabling is quoted separately.

Are prices shown with or without VAT?

Hardware is shown both ex VAT and inc VAT. Bundle and support prices are shown ex VAT, with VAT added at the prevailing rate.

How much does remote support cost?

Remote support is £15 + VAT per 30 minutes, with a 30-minute minimum. A £45 refundable deposit secures your booking, and any unused balance is refunded after the session.

How much does on-site support cost?

On-site support is £55 + VAT per hour, with a 3-hour minimum per visit (£165 + VAT). Charges are capped at the £400 + VAT day rate for up to 8 hours on site in a day, and any time beyond 8 hours is charged at £55 + VAT per hour. Travel within London Zones 1–4 is included; for sites outside Zone 4, transport, parking and similar costs may be added to the quote. We send a written quote first, and nothing is charged until you accept it.

Do I need an account?

No. You can request any service, send a network enquiry or book support without an account. You only need to sign in to build a hardware quotation, so we can link it to your business.
