Last updated: 6 October 2026
These terms apply when you use this website and when you request quotes, hardware or services from Blanched Ltd.
1. About us
This website is operated by Blanched Ltd (trading as Blanched), registered in England and Wales under company number 15516744. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. Contact: hello@blanched.uk, 020 3411 0730.
2. Who we supply
Our hardware and services are intended for businesses, mainly hospitality venues. If you are buying as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
3. Using this website
- We try to keep the information on this site accurate, but product specifications, stock and availability can change without notice.
- You must not misuse the site, attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours, or interfere with its operation.
- Product names, logos and trademarks (including Ubiquiti, UniFi and Lightspeed) belong to their owners and are used to identify the products we supply.
4. Prices and quotations
- Prices are in pounds sterling. Where a price is marked “ex VAT” or “+ VAT”, VAT is added at the prevailing rate.
- Prices shown online and quotation requests submitted through the site are indicative. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order or you accept our written quotation.
- Hardware prices follow our suppliers' pricing and may change before an order is confirmed. We will tell you before you commit if a price has changed.
- Unless a written quotation says otherwise, installation, structured cabling and travel are quoted separately.
5. Hardware
- Delivery dates are estimates and depend on supplier stock.
- Ownership of hardware passes to you when we receive payment in full; risk passes on delivery or installation.
- Hardware carries the manufacturer's warranty. We will help you raise warranty claims for hardware we supplied.
6. Installation and support
- Remote and on-site support are also governed by our Remote Support Terms and On-Site Support Terms.
- You are responsible for giving us safe access to the site and for having the right to let us work on the premises and equipment.
- We will carry out services with reasonable care and skill.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, and our total liability arising from any order is limited to the price paid for that order.
8. Your data
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
